This has been an unforgettable experience that I will take with me forever. I have learned to purposefully get lost in the streets, try new things and talk to people I may not normally gravitate towards at home.

The staff were super friendly and outgoing, making sure that we were taken care of and adjusting to our new environment. They offered many different excursions and activities that immersed students into the culture and community, as well as tips and tricks for navigating the country. AIFS made me feel at home in a foreign country, and I will cherish this experience for the rest of my life.
