Jenn studied international business at the University of British Columbia and cross-cultural management at the University of Manchester. She speaks three languages and has lived in North America, Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa. Inspired by her cultural studies and international experience, Jenn has helped many travelers with trip planning and overcoming cultural shock and provided guidance to many international volunteers and interns.
