Courtney grew up in Las Vegas, and earned a BA in Journalism from UNLV. After graduation, she moved to Fort Collins to pursue a Master’s degree at CSU.Courtney has worked in TV news and taught professional writing in the past. She now works as the web editor for the National Park Service. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, live theatre, kickboxing, and playing with her dogs.
